What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, you will own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach, engaging in 60-100 activities per day. You will be the first touchpoint for many of our future customers, sparking conversations through strategic outreach and qualifying leads to book high-quality meetings. You will work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline, impact, and revenue, contributing significantly to HubSpot's growth engine. Your role will involve understanding customer pain points and effectively communicating how HubSpot's solutions can address their needs. You will gain exposure to various sales strategies and techniques, enhancing your skills and preparing you for future opportunities within the company.
