Who you are

You are a motivated individual looking to start your career in sales, ideally with some experience in customer service or a related field. You possess strong communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers. You are comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries and can quickly identify customer needs and pain points. You have a keen interest in learning about sales processes and HubSpot's product offerings, and you are eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You thrive in a collaborative team setting and are open to feedback and continuous improvement. You understand the importance of consultative selling and are excited about guiding prospects through their journey with HubSpot.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound queries from potential customers, addressing their questions about HubSpot's products and services. You will conduct consultative pre-qualifications of prospects, helping them understand how HubSpot can meet their needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to inquiries via phone and live chat, scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives, and closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products. You will collaborate closely with your team to improve processes and share insights that can enhance the customer experience. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and advance within the sales organization.
