What you'll do

As an Inbound Success Coach, your primary responsibility will be to manage a high volume of inbound queries from potential customers, addressing their questions about HubSpot's products and services. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat, guiding them on the best next steps based on their needs. Your role will involve scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives, ensuring that you effectively identify and nurture sales opportunities. You will collaborate with your team to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
