HubSpot is hiring a Partner Sales Development Representative to identify and recruit high-value partners for their Solutions Partner Program. You'll leverage consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to drive partner acquisition. This role requires proficiency in managing partnerships and a strong understanding of HubSpot's software.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in sales development, particularly in a partner-focused environment — you've successfully identified and recruited partners, demonstrating strong consultative selling skills. Your knowledge of managing partnerships allows you to effectively communicate the value of HubSpot's software and methodologies to prospective partners.
You are comfortable using CRM tools and AI prospecting methods to create a quality pipeline of potential partner acquisitions — you understand the importance of balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outreach to build a robust network. Your ability to dissect a partner's business goals and identify pain points makes you an asset in guiding them towards growth.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales leads and partner leaders — your communication skills enable you to articulate strategies and ideas that align with the company's values and objectives. You are driven by results and have a keen interest in helping partners improve their client acquisition and retention rates.
Desirable
Experience with HubSpot's software and the loop marketing methodology is a plus — you understand how these tools can enhance a partner's business fundamentals. Familiarity with the DACH region's market dynamics will help you tailor your approach to potential partners effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships that align with HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program — you will utilize your consultative selling skills to engage with potential partners and demonstrate how HubSpot can help them achieve their business goals. You will create a quality pipeline of potential upmarket partner acquisitions using HubSpot’s CRM and AI prospecting tools, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
You will guide prospective partners through the sales process, helping them understand the value of joining the Partner Program — your expertise in presenting HubSpot's software and methodologies will be crucial in convincing partners of the benefits they can gain. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you support the acquisition process, working closely with the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads.
Your role will also involve dissecting a partner's business goals and identifying any pain points associated with not joining the program — you will help them develop a better plan for achieving growth, leveraging tools like Crossbeam to enhance their strategies. You will be expected to bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance HubSpot’s mission and values.
What we offer
HubSpot provides a dynamic work environment where you can grow your career while making a significant impact on partner success. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and partnership management. The company values collaboration and encourages you to share your insights and strategies with the team.
You will be part of a supportive culture that prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. HubSpot is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the company's success.
