You are a motivated individual looking to start your career in sales, ideally with a background in customer service or a related field. You possess strong communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with prospects and address their inquiries. You are comfortable managing a high volume of queries and can identify sales opportunities through consultative conversations. You are eager to learn about HubSpot's products and how they can benefit potential customers, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Desirable
Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, will help you hit the ground running. A passion for technology and a desire to help businesses grow will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As an Inbound Success Coach, your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound queries from potential customers, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat, guiding them on product use and identifying their pain points. Your goal is to schedule discovery calls with Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for prospects interested in HubSpot's offerings. You will collaborate with your team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
