Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales, ideally with a background in customer service or sales support. You possess strong communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers. You are comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries and can quickly identify customer needs and pain points. You have a keen interest in learning about sales processes and product features, and you are motivated to help customers find the best solutions for their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to grow within a sales organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound queries from potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns while identifying sales opportunities. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects through phone and live chat interactions, guiding them on product use and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives. Your daily tasks will include effectively handling around 40 product and sales-related queries, ensuring that you provide the best next steps or resources to assist customers. You will work closely with the ISC team to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization. Your role will be crucial in helping HubSpot grow its customer base by closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products.
