You are a native-level Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency, ready to engage with customers and help them achieve their business goals. You thrive in a customer-centric environment and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to address customer inquiries effectively. You are proactive and eager to learn, adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced setting. Your excellent communication skills enable you to express ideas clearly and engage in fluent conversations. You have a keen interest in developing technical skills related to HTML, CSS, and APIs, which will enhance your ability to support customers effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot, you will connect with customers through chat, email, and phone to resolve their issues efficiently. You will answer questions regarding the use of various HubSpot tools, gaining in-depth knowledge of the software in the process. Diagnosing software issues and collaborating with product and engineering teams will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide guidance and support to marketers, salespeople, and service representatives using HubSpot software. Your role will involve proposing personalized solutions that help customers advance and grow their businesses. You will work closely with internal teams, such as customer success and sales, to identify opportunities for existing customers to utilize our platform and services further.
