Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in demand generation marketing, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and possess a curious mind that thrives on testing, learning, and iterating. Your experience includes driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies, and you have a proven track record of optimizing and automating marketing processes. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with sales and other marketing teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at analyzing metrics to inform your strategies. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly based on market feedback and performance data.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact demand generation programs across the APAC region, specifically focusing on Australia and Southeast Asia. You will lead established revenue programs such as product demos and competitor webinars, ensuring they deliver results while continuously seeking opportunities for optimization. You will collaborate with the global Automation team to shape and implement nurture programs that streamline processes and enhance customer engagement. Your responsibilities will also include charting the path for new scalable marketing initiatives set to launch in 2026. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of your programs, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure that marketing initiatives are well-integrated with overall business objectives.
