You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. What you'll do
As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will own and drive the technical strategy for high-impact opportunities from discovery through close. You will partner closely with Account Executives to secure technical wins and elevate deal execution standards across the broader team. Your role will involve leading advanced pre-sales engagements, including enterprise-scale architectures and multi-product HubSpot solutions, while integrating with diverse external systems.
You will engage with HubSpotβs most complex and strategic opportunities, influencing internal strategy and standards. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex sales motions and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
