What you'll do
As the Manager of Pre Sales, you will lead the Solution Engineering team in France, ensuring they are equipped to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with Sales Reps to define and demonstrate the value of the HubSpot platform to prospects, helping them understand how it can meet their needs. Your role will involve acting as a sponsor on complex deals, working with the deal team to remove barriers and provide clarity for prospects seeking adoption.
You will be responsible for setting performance goals for your team and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to achieve them. Regularly reviewing team performance against KPIs will be essential, as will fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. You will also engage with product teams to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future direction of HubSpot's offerings.
