Overview

NICE is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to lead the functional and technical sales process for their AI solutions. You'll manage a team of AI Presales Engineers and articulate the value of NICE's products to both business and technical users. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in solution selling.

You have a proven track record in software sales and possess a strong technical background that allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI solutions. You are a self-motivated storyteller who can engage both business and technical users, ensuring they understand how NICE's products can meet their needs. Your experience in solution selling has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales processes and eliminate obstacles creatively. You thrive in a team environment, motivating your team by example and delivering exceptional experiences to customers, partners, and prospects.

What you'll do

As the AI Presales Engineering Manager, you will lead the functional and technical sales process across NICE's portfolio of Agentic Experience Automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of AI Presales Engineers, conducting discovery and requirements gathering, and validating and demonstrating solutions to clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and articulate how NICE's products can provide value. Your role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the sales process is seamless and effective, ultimately driving growth for the company.
