You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in the software industry. Your experience managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously has equipped you with the organizational skills necessary to prioritize tasks effectively. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve this.
What you'll do
As a Nordics Customer Success Manager at HubSpot, you will manage a portfolio of 150 to 180 customer relationships, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to fully adopt HubSpot's software. You will engage with customers regularly to understand their goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve success. Your role will involve a mix of proactive outreach and reactive support, allowing you to address customer needs as they arise.
You will partner with various teams at HubSpot, including onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and renewals, to create a seamless experience for your customers. By leveraging your deep understanding of HubSpot's software, you will guide clients in utilizing the platform to its fullest potential, helping them achieve their inbound marketing goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins, providing training sessions, and offering strategic advice tailored to each customer's unique situation.
