Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in the software industry. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse clients, from marketing managers to CMOs. You are familiar with HubSpot's software and can guide customers in leveraging it to achieve their inbound marketing goals. You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you enjoy the challenge of managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Desirable

Experience working with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus. Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies will help you better assist your clients in achieving their goals. A proactive approach to customer engagement and a passion for helping businesses grow will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As a Nordics Customer Success Manager at HubSpot, you will manage a portfolio of 150 to 180 customer relationships, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed with HubSpot's software. You will regularly engage with customers to understand their goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve success. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within HubSpot, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will become an expert in HubSpot's software, helping customers fully adopt the platform and maximize its potential. Your day-to-day tasks will include both proactive outreach and reactive support, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood.
