You have a strong background in proposal management, ideally with experience in government contracting and procurement processes. You thrive in rapidly evolving, ambiguous situations and can adjust your strategy as the needs change. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is key, as you will be guiding teams through complex proposals that aim to improve government services for vulnerable populations. You are motivated by making progress against a mission that prioritizes public good and are excited about building a mature Proposal Management practice at Nava.
You understand the intricacies of federal, state, and local procurements and have a proven track record of successfully leading proposal efforts. Your analytical skills allow you to assess opportunities and risks effectively, ensuring that your proposals are not only competitive but also aligned with the needs of the agencies you serve. You are passionate about human-centered design and modern engineering practices, and you believe in the importance of delivering accessible and effective digital services.
Desirable
Experience with government agencies and familiarity with their procurement processes will set you apart. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the proposal management process from start to finish, ensuring that your teams are well-prepared to respond to solicitations.
