Who you are

You have a strong background in consultative selling and partner management, with a proven track record of identifying and closing partnerships that drive business growth. Your ability to dissect a partner's business goals and identify pain points makes you an invaluable asset in guiding them towards success with HubSpot's solutions. You are fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with potential partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and partnerships teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is a plus. Familiarity with AI prospecting tools and the loop marketing methodology will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development within the tech industry will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a quality pipeline of potential partner acquisitions using HubSpot’s CRM and AI prospecting tools. You will identify, recruit, and develop high-value partners for the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. Your consultative selling skills will be essential as you present the value of HubSpot's software and the benefits of joining the Partner Program. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads, to support the acquisition process. Your strategic thinking and innovative ideas will contribute to advancing HubSpot’s values and unique offerings.
