You are comfortable using various communication tools like Slack, Loom, and Zoom to consult on use cases and make product recommendations.

What you'll do

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the sales team to enhance the sales experience for prospects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering questions from sales reps, strategizing on opportunities, and joining prospect calls to showcase the value of HubSpot's products. You will provide guidance on best practices for setting up and using HubSpot's tools, ensuring that customers see how they work together seamlessly to grow their business. You will continuously learn about the competitive market and how HubSpot meets customer needs, helping to accelerate product fit alignment during the sales process. Your role is crucial in helping the sales team close deals and achieve HubSpot's mission of helping millions of organizations grow better.
