Job Description
Who you are
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you are eager to partner with our sales team to bring HubSpot's platform and products to market. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and can articulate how our tools can solve their business challenges. You are comfortable engaging with prospects and providing high-velocity product expertise to enhance the sales experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales reps to strategize on opportunities and support them in closing deals. Your ability to learn quickly about HubSpot's evolving platform and products will be key to your success in this role.
You are a subject matter expert on our Sales, Marketing & Content products, and you understand the competitive landscape. You are passionate about helping customers see the value in our offerings and ensuring they achieve product fit. Your communication skills allow you to consult on use cases and make product recommendations effectively, whether through Slack, Loom, or Zoom. You are committed to continuous learning and are excited about the opportunity to grow within the company.
Desirable
While not required, experience in sales support or a background in technology can be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, will give you an edge in understanding our products and how they can best serve our customers.
What you'll do
In your day-to-day role, you will partner with sales reps to progress opportunities through internal prep work and deal support. You will participate in customer-facing meetings, provide demo support, and assist in solution building. Your role will involve answering questions from prospects and helping them recognize the value of HubSpot's product lines. You will consult on various use cases, ensuring that customers understand how our tools work together to grow their business.
You will be responsible for enhancing the sales experience by instilling confidence in prospects that HubSpot meets their technical and business needs. Your contributions will help accelerate product fit alignment during the sales process, ultimately supporting our mission of helping millions of organizations grow better. You will also be expected to stay updated on HubSpot's platform and products as they evolve, ensuring that you can provide the most relevant and effective support to the sales team.
