What you'll do
As an Associate Solutions Engineer at HubSpot, you will partner with the sales team to enhance the customer experience during the sales process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering questions from sales reps, strategizing on opportunities, and participating in prospect calls to provide product insights. You will help customers understand how HubSpot's tools can solve their business challenges and align with their needs. Your role will involve consulting on use cases and making product recommendations through various communication channels, including Slack, Loom, and Zoom. You will also support sales reps in progressing opportunities by preparing for internal meetings and providing deal support.
