You are fluent in Russian, which is essential for engaging with clients in Eastern Europe. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
Desirable
Experience working with sports teams or in a related industry is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics will help you provide valuable insights to your clients. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are skilled at problem-solving to enhance their experience with Hudl's products.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Hudl, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of football clubs across Eastern Europe. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance. You will develop strong relationships with your clients, becoming their trusted partner in utilizing Hudl's suite of products effectively. You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on features and best practices, ensuring they derive maximum value from their subscriptions.
You will track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to address any concerns and to discuss their evolving needs. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that align with client expectations.
In addition to managing renewals, you will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success from the start. You will be involved in creating resources and documentation that help customers navigate Hudl's products more effectively. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success strategies and initiatives.
