You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally within the sports or technology sectors. You excel at building relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive the full value of their subscriptions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively educate customers about products and services. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. You understand the importance of renewals and are committed to achieving high retention rates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer engagement.
What you'll do
As an Elite Customer Success Manager at Hudl, you will manage a portfolio of clients in the ice hockey market, focusing on professional, NCAA Division I & Club, and Junior teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied and see the maximum benefit from their subscriptions. You will be involved in all aspects of support and account management, demonstrating products and educating customers on their use. You will track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to inform your strategies for improving client relationships. Your goal will be to ensure high renewal rates for subscriptions, contributing to the overall success of the company.
