You are passionate about sports and understand the unique challenges faced by teams and organizations in this space. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping customers achieve their goals with Hudl's products.

You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy working closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer journey, from acquisition to renewal. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively and address any concerns that may arise. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for your customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on customer renewals for NCAA DI soccer programs, developing strong relationships with a group of accounts that includes schools and conferences across the United States. You will work directly with coaches and athletic directors to maximize satisfaction and ensure that they are getting the most out of Hudl's products. Your primary goal will be to drive renewals for the upcoming season, which will involve regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and proactive outreach to address any issues or concerns.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to implement best practices and strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. This includes tracking customer usage and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to help customers understand how to leverage Hudl's tools effectively.

Your role will require you to stay informed about the latest developments in the sports technology landscape, ensuring that you can provide valuable insights and recommendations to your customers. You will be an advocate for your customers within Hudl, working to ensure that their voices are heard and their needs are met. You will also contribute to the development of resources and materials that support customer success initiatives.
