You thrive in fast-paced environments and are self-motivated, capable of exercising discretion and judgment to create innovative solutions. Your ability to engage and build relationships with key accounts is essential to your success in this role. You understand the importance of financial independence and are passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses access retirement benefits. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and partners.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry or a strong understanding of retirement benefits is a plus. Familiarity with human capital management systems and technology partnerships will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial as you work to accelerate partner relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and human capital management partners. You will engage with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and drive the adoption of Human Interest's retirement solutions. Your responsibilities will include strategizing outreach efforts, managing partner communications, and ensuring that partners are well-informed about the benefits of our offerings. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with company goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy of Human Interest.

You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on partner performance metrics, providing insights to improve engagement and drive results. Your proactive approach will help you identify potential challenges and opportunities within the partner ecosystem, allowing you to adapt strategies as needed. You will play a crucial role in expanding Human Interest's reach across the United States, ensuring that more businesses can offer their employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
