What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and build referral relationships with key partners, focusing on tech and human capital management sectors. You will engage with existing accounts to identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include strategizing on how to reach more small and medium businesses across the United States, which is essential to the company's growth. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on account performance, ensuring that all partners are aligned with the company's mission and goals.
