You are a forward-thinking sales professional with a proven track record in account management. With at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at building and nurturing relationships with partners. Your meticulous organizational skills enable you to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining a focus on growth opportunities. You are self-motivated and can exercise discretion and judgment to create innovative solutions when needed. You understand the importance of retirement benefits and are passionate about making them accessible to all.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with human capital management or benefits administration. You have a knack for identifying and amplifying referral relationships, and your creativity allows you to think outside the box when it comes to partner engagement strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and amplifying referral relationships with tech partners and human capital management partners.
