Job Description

Who you are

You are an entry-level professional with a strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with partners and customers via phone, email, and chat. Your understanding of cybersecurity principles will help you effectively support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team and ensure partner satisfaction. You thrive in a remote work environment and are eager to learn and grow within the cybersecurity field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as an intermediary between our partners and the SOC team, ensuring effective service delivery. You will provide support for Huntress incidents, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to customer communications, documenting incidents, and collaborating with the SOC team to resolve issues. You will also assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups on ongoing incidents. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to deepen your understanding of cybersecurity and contribute to the overall mission of Huntress.

What we offer

Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. We provide a competitive compensation range of $50,000 to $65,000 base salary, plus bonuses and equity. You may also be eligible for on-call/call-in pay in addition to your base pay. Our team is dedicated to breaking down barriers in cybersecurity, and you will be part of a mission-driven organization that values collaboration and innovation.
