What you'll do

As part of the National Retail Solutions Tech Support Team, you will receive inbound calls from retailers, distributors, and store owners who are experiencing technical difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to the NRS services and devices. You will guide customers through step-by-step solutions and ensure they understand the resolution process. You will document all interactions and solutions provided to maintain accurate records. You will collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to improving support processes.
