Who you are
You are a bilingual or tri-lingual technical support representative with a strong background in technical training and experience. You have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and possibly French, which allows you to assist a diverse range of customers. Your technical knowledge enables you to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, scanners, printers, and proprietary software.

What you'll do
As a Technical Support Representative at IDT, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to retailers utilizing our range of products and services.
