You have a proactive approach to sales, always looking for new opportunities to promote IDT's retail products. Your organizational skills allow you to manage your designated route efficiently, ensuring that you meet customer demands and maintain high levels of satisfaction. You understand the importance of following up with clients and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling IDT's telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly sales cycle to visit retail stores, take orders, and fulfill customer requests. Your regular contact with retail partners will help you build strong relationships and ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services provided.

You will collaborate closely with your Regional Sales Manager to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. Your responsibilities will include tracking sales performance, reporting on customer feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
