What you'll do

As a Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager at IDT, you will be responsible for selling specified telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly cycle to visit retail stores, take orders, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Your role will involve regular contact with retail partners, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

You will work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to establish a designated route for your sales activities. This will require you to be organized and efficient in managing your time and resources. You will also be expected to report on sales performance and customer feedback, helping to shape future sales strategies.
