What you'll do
As a Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager at IDT, you will be responsible for selling telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly cycle to visit retail stores, take and fulfill orders, and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff. Your role will involve regular contact with retail locations to ensure they are stocked with IDT products and to address any customer inquiries or issues. You will collaborate closely with your Regional Sales Manager to strategize and optimize your sales approach, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales goals.
