What you'll do

As a Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager at IDT, you will be responsible for selling specified telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly cycle to sell IDT Retail products into retail locations via a designated route established by your Regional Sales Manager. Regular visits to retail stores will be a key part of your role, where you will take and fulfill orders, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. You will also be responsible for building relationships with retail partners and providing them with the necessary support to promote IDT products effectively. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
