What you'll do
As a Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager at IDT, you will be responsible for selling specified telecom and financial services products within your assigned geographical territory. You will develop a weekly cycle to visit retail stores along a designated route, taking and fulfilling orders while ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Your role will involve regular communication with retail store managers and staff to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance and reporting back to your Regional Sales Manager. This includes identifying opportunities for growth within your territory and providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to customer inquiries will be crucial in driving sales success.
