What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day coordination operations for the Talent Coordination team, ensuring that workload distribution is managed effectively and that team capacity is understood. You will own the end-to-end interview workflow for assigned functions, acting as the primary point of contact for recruiter escalations. Your collaboration with Talent Acquisition partners will be crucial in reducing friction and resolving issues on behalf of the scheduling team. You will work closely with Talent Coordinators to surface bottlenecks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Coaching and mentoring your team will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help them grow and develop in their roles.
