What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring continuity for leaders when their permanent assistants are unavailable. You will oversee the Department Assistant team, matching the right assistant to the right coverage and enabling smooth communication with stakeholders. You will partner with the Service Delivery Manager to evolve how the team operates, helping to shape a high-trust model that scales and continually raises the bar on service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing coverage requests, ensuring assignments are handled efficiently, and maintaining a steady operation so leaders can focus on their core responsibilities. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
