Illumio is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to oversee their Technical Account Management team. You'll focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring successful deployments of their breach containment platform. This role requires expertise in cybersecurity and client management.

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or related fields. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the importance of operational resilience in today's digital landscape. You are a strategic thinker who can lead a team effectively, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping organizations secure their infrastructures against cyber threats.

Desirable

Experience in a leadership role within a technical account management team is a plus. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and breach containment strategies will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Technical Account Management team, guiding them in their efforts to support clients in deploying and expanding Illumio's breach containment platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team builds trusted partnerships with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of cybersecurity. You will oversee the team's efforts in identifying and containing threats across hybrid multi-cloud environments, ensuring that clients can operate with confidence. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

You will also work closely with other departments, including engineering and product management, to relay client feedback and influence product development. Your insights will help shape the future of Illumio's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of clients in a rapidly changing threat landscape. You will be expected to develop strategies for client engagement and retention, leveraging your expertise to drive success for both clients and the organization.
