What you'll do
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our VIP customers, guiding them through the onboarding process with our portfolio companies. You will leverage your business development skills to identify and source new high-potential customers, utilizing referrals, targeted marketing, and networking events to expand our client base. Your role will involve building a book of business, ensuring that each customer has a delightful journey with us from start to finish. You will work closely with our luxury resale business and designer marketplace, facilitating the consignment of pre-loved luxury items and helping customers find the latest-season inventory. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our luxury fashion segment, making a significant impact on our overall success.
