HYPEBEAST is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead client relationships in the Fashion, Footwear, and Luxury sectors. You'll be responsible for developing strategic proposals and managing mid-to-large deals. This role requires strong client leadership and industry knowledge.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Fashion, Footwear, or Luxury sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to manage a meaningful book of business and drive revenue growth. You excel in client leadership, demonstrating independence and strategic thinking in your approach to proposals and negotiations. Your insight-led strategies have consistently resulted in successful partnerships and deals.
You are adept at understanding market trends and consumer behavior within the contemporary culture and lifestyle space — this knowledge allows you to tailor your sales strategies effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to clients.
Desirable
Experience in a global platform or media company is a plus, as is familiarity with editorially-driven commerce. You have a network of contacts within the industry that you can leverage to create new opportunities. A passion for contemporary culture and lifestyle trends will help you connect with clients on a deeper level.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at HYPEBEAST, you will take ownership of a significant portfolio of clients, focusing on the Fashion, Footwear, and Luxury categories. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals. You will lead client meetings, presenting insightful proposals that address their needs and drive engagement.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to ensure that client campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet expectations. Your role will involve analyzing market data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes continuously. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring that all terms are favorable for both the client and HYPEBEAST.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you will actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand HYPEBEAST's reach. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this information to inform your sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
