Desirable

What you'll do

As the AI Automation Lead II at Instacart, you will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. You will lead a team of data scientists and engineers, guiding them in the development of predictive models and intelligent systems that drive revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs. You will engage in continuous learning and experimentation, staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the Commercial Scaled Intelligence team, ensuring that Instacart remains at the forefront of innovation in the grocery delivery space. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
