Your ability to document and evaluate workflows across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding, sets you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming the People Team’s operations through technology and automation. You will evaluate and document existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation opportunities. By leveraging tools like Zapier, Workato, and Power Automate, you will design and implement scalable solutions that enhance the overall employee experience. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you create align with the team's goals and objectives.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. Your hands-on approach will allow you to directly implement changes and see the impact of your work on the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. You will contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement within the People Team, ensuring that technology and automation are effectively integrated into daily operations.
