What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the content design efforts for Instacart, focusing on creating compelling narratives that enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop content that aligns with the overall product vision. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, creating content guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
You will also be responsible for mentoring junior content designers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
