What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the pricing strategy for new ad products and capabilities, ensuring alignment with Instacart's overall business objectives. You will analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform your strategies, driving sustainable revenue growth while maintaining healthy advertiser performance. You will collaborate with the ad sales team to develop and implement incentive programs that maximize yield and optimize discounting strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting actionable insights to senior management. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of operational rigor within the team, ensuring that all yield-related programs are executed efficiently and effectively. What we offer

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $119,000 to $150,000 depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
