Overview

Zoox is hiring a Senior Staff Revenue Operations Manager to build and implement a global revenue and pricing strategy for their autonomous fleet. You'll lead the optimization of the commercial model and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. This role requires extensive experience in revenue strategy and operations.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in revenue operations, with at least 5+ years of experience in building and executing revenue strategies that drive profitability. Your expertise lies in defining advanced product and service packages, and you have a strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategies that maximize revenue per vehicle and per ride. You are adept at leading rigorous experimentation and optimization processes, ensuring that all commercial models are aligned with the company's goals.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and serve as the executive stakeholder for Product and Engineering. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels. You are data-driven and thrive in environments where you can leverage analytics to inform decision-making and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be accountable for building and institutionalizing a global revenue and pricing strategy that maximizes the economic value of Zoox's autonomous fleet. You will define advanced product and service packages, operationalizing Go-to-Market levers to maximize revenue per vehicle and per ride. Your responsibilities will include leading the rigorous experimentation and optimization of the entire commercial model, which encompasses dynamic pricing, B2B vs B2C mix, promotions, and strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that the technical roadmap supports monetization efforts. This involves collaborating on product development and ensuring that revenue strategies are integrated into the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
