Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience working with enterprise light industrial companies, such as those in supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL). Your proven track record in account management showcases your ability to drive growth and retention with large enterprise partners. You excel in relationship management and possess a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to optimize workforce flexibility and meet business goals.
You are growth-oriented and have a strategic mindset, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across various industries. Your expertise in navigating complex organizational structures enables you to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating meaningful economic opportunities and understand the impact of workforce solutions on local businesses.

What you'll do
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Instawork, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention with our largest enterprise partners. You will work closely with senior leaders in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and third-party logistics (3PL) companies to help them leverage Instawork's platform effectively. Your role will involve understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that optimize their workforce flexibility and scale operations.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding your partners through the implementation of our services and ensuring they achieve their business goals. Your expertise will be critical in identifying opportunities for sales expansion and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with the needs of our partners and drive mutual success.
In addition to relationship management, you will be involved in strategic consulting, helping partners navigate the complexities of workforce management. You will analyze data and metrics to inform your recommendations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Your insights will play a key role in shaping our approach to account management and enhancing the overall customer experience.
