You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your accounts. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience working with billing platforms or financial software is a plus. Familiarity with usage-based pricing models and their implications for customer success will set you apart. You have a knack for data analysis and can leverage insights to drive account strategies. A background in working with high-growth startups or established tech companies will be beneficial in understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by your clients.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Manager at Metronome, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our most strategic customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
