You are an entry-level IT enthusiast eager to gain hands-on experience in tech support operations. You have a basic understanding of iOS devices and are comfortable troubleshooting common issues related to gadgets. What you'll do
As an IT Intern at Instawork, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of IT gadgets used by Data Collectors and Internal Coordinators. Your primary duties will include setting up and managing Apple IDs on iPhones, performing troubleshooting for various tech issues, and ensuring that all gadgets are ready for deployment. You will coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain gadget availability and readiness, ensuring uninterrupted video data collection operations.
You will also upload video data from SD cards to systems, ensuring data integrity and following defined standard operating procedures. Your role will require you to format SD cards post-upload and stay informed about new tech and best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about tech support in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals.
