Instawork is hiring an Internal Coordinator to monitor and support a large group of work-from-home Data Collectors. This role involves live coordination, tracking, and problem-solving to ensure productivity and adherence to rules.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in managing teams and coordinating tasks effectively — you understand the importance of monitoring productivity and ensuring that team members meet their targets. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can motivate others to achieve their goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for following processes — you ensure that all team members adhere to the guidelines and rules set forth for their tasks. Your communication skills allow you to follow up with team members effectively and provide the necessary support to help them succeed.
What you'll do
As an Internal Coordinator at Instawork, you will be responsible for live monitoring of over 50 Data Collectors during their working hours. You will check who has started work, who is active, and who may be falling behind, ensuring that all team members are engaged and productive. You will follow up immediately with those who are idle or delayed, providing support and motivation to help them meet their daily targets.
You will manage productivity by ensuring that Data Collectors meet their daily and overall targets, which include completing 30 hours in 6 days or 100 hours in 20 days. Your role will involve pushing and motivating team members to complete their work on time while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Additionally, you will ensure that all Data Collectors follow the established recording rules, such as focusing on household tasks and adhering to video duration guidelines. Your ability to clarify instructions and provide real-time feedback will be crucial in maintaining high standards of work.
