Instructure is hiring a Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead the transformation of their global RevOps function. You'll optimize go-to-market performance and enable data-driven decision-making to drive profitable growth. This role requires a hands-on operational leader with experience in B2B environments.

Who you are
You are an experienced operational leader with a strong background in revenue operations, ideally within a B2B context. You thrive in fast-moving environments and have a proven track record of optimizing go-to-market strategies to drive growth. Your hands-on approach allows you to design and execute strategies effectively, ensuring alignment across various teams.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate closely with C-level executives and other stakeholders. Your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is crucial in driving profitable growth. You take pride in empowering teams to perform at their best and are passionate about fostering a collaborative work culture.
Desirable
Experience in a multi-product environment is a plus, as is familiarity with private equity sponsorship. You understand the nuances of scaling operations and can adapt strategies to meet the demands of a growing organization.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will lead the transformation of Instructure’s RevOps function, focusing on optimizing performance across the organization. You will work closely with the Executive Team, including the CMO, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Customer Officer, to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Your role will involve analyzing market trends and operational metrics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for improving operational alignment across teams, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards common goals.
You will also play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding teams through the transformation process, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
