Overview

Zuora is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to drive scalable revenue performance across the customer lifecycle. You'll partner with executive leadership and manage a global team. This role requires 10-15+ years of experience in Enterprise/Global SaaS revenue operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 10-15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise or Global SaaS revenue operations or sales and services operations β€” you understand the intricacies of managing revenue performance and have a proven track record of driving commercial excellence. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with C-level executives, including the COO, CRO, and CCO, to align operational strategies with business goals.

You are a highly strategic business partner who excels in building and optimizing systems, processes, and analytics that drive predictable revenue performance across the customer lifecycle. Your experience in managing global teams equips you with the skills to lead diverse groups towards common objectives, ensuring that all team members are aligned and motivated.

Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to own end-to-end forecasting for bookings and retention, pipeline and deal management, and global analytics. You have a deep understanding of territory design, quota setting, and sales and services compensation, which enables you to create effective strategies that enhance field effectiveness.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Go-To-Market (GTM), Customer Success, and Services teams to turn strategic initiatives into repeatable execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is on the same page and working towards shared goals.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based business models. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence decision-making at all levels.

What you'll do

As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for managing a global team that focuses on optimizing revenue performance across the customer lifecycle. You will lead initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, implementation, expansion, and retention, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

You will own the forecasting process for bookings and retention, providing insights that drive decision-making and operational improvements. Your role will involve pipeline and deal management, where you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the GTM, Customer Success, and Services teams to ensure that strategies are executed effectively. You will also be responsible for territory design and quota setting, ensuring that sales teams are equipped to meet their targets.

Your analytical skills will be put to use as you manage global analytics, providing insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements. You will also oversee sales and services compensation, ensuring that incentives are aligned with company goals and drive desired behaviors.

What we offer

At Zuora, we offer a competitive salary range of $264,160 to $396,240 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus/variable compensation and equity options. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration, contributing to the transformation of industries and the future of business growth.

Join us in our mission to power the world’s shift to Modern Business, where you will play a crucial role in shaping how organizations monetize new business models and nurture long-term subscriber relationships.
