You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in revenue operations and enablement, capable of architecting systems and processes that drive revenue growth across new business and client expansion. You have a proven track record of connecting go-to-market (GTM) strategy with operational execution, owning revenue forecasting and analysis, pipeline management, and enablement programs. Your hands-on approach empowers teams with the tools, insights, and structure they need to perform at their best. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with marketing, sales, client services, and finance to achieve shared goals. You understand the importance of building an inclusive work environment and prioritize a strong work-life balance for yourself and your team.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced digital agency or marketing environment is a plus. Familiarity with data and tech infrastructure that supports revenue operations will set you apart. You are comfortable with GTM playbook orchestration and have a strategic mindset that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
What you'll do
