Who you are
You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in revenue operations. You have experience serving as a primary operational and commercial support partner to senior leadership, including VPs and CROs. Your analytical mindset allows you to approach challenges with curiosity and detail-oriented precision, ensuring that you can influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
You possess a deep understanding of sales operations, including go-to-market planning, forecasting, and analytics. Your hands-on management style enables you to oversee sales operational and financial processes effectively, ensuring visibility and excellence in sales execution across the revenue engine. You thrive in building high-performing teams and organizations that deliver scale, speed, and accuracy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be accountable for leading the global operations organization, focusing on delivering operational excellence and strategic insights to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue Operations, CRO, Finance, and global Sales Leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales operations processes that enhance visibility and execution across the revenue engine.
You will analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting revenue and ensuring that the organization is equipped with the necessary tools and systems to support sales operations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within the operations team.
